I walked out of the boneyard, my mourning bell on a stick across my shoulder.
It rang dully with each step through the tall dark weeds, for it was summer.
I did not go home, there was no reason to now; I walked on, through the seasons,
rain and sun and snow. I shuffled on, ringing my bell like a salesman with goods to sell.
All that I had was sorrow to share, and I bless those who did share it.
The weight would have been too much to bear alone, and I would surely have followed
Those That Have Gone to wherever the dead go if not for these friends. Thanks to you, my bell
stands in a corner now. Not out of sight or out of mind, but without need of being carried
and rung so often.

Like I said keep swinging
Singing through the wings
Even if they are ravens
